Lady Gaga has been creating a buzz on her Little Monsters social media site today when she revealed an image of her new tattoo with the message “New album, new ink.” She also sent out another image with the phrase “We belong, we could belong together. ARTPOP.” The ink is one of the most popular rumored album titles among fans. Her third album will be coming out in early 2013!
